Automatically ads 18% gratuity on ALL orders, this includes take out. You don't actually get any service, you order at the podium, your food is brought out to you and you're left to fend for yourself. Staff is defensive, unfriendly and unhelpful. They will agree to take the gratuity charge off, but then five minutes later tell you they are just going to go ahead and charge your card for it, which by the way would be fraud because that's not an authorized charge. All the horrible service said, the food is mediocre at best. Skip the beignets, they are oily and dense. The bacon is never cooked right, it's either not cooked enough or completely burnt. If you want a decent breakfast and no fraudulent charges on your credit card - skip this place. They are conveniently located to many other great brunch spots that have great food, great service and best of all, no hidden fees.
